Phoebe is an adorable striped tabby cat looking for her forever home. She is only around 7 months old. She can be shy at first, but if you give her time she will be cuddling in your lap and sleeping in bed with you, curled up by your feet. Phoebe is also friendly and social with other cats. She is litter box trained, spayed, vaccinated, FIV/felv negative and microchipped. She’s currently in foster care on Laurel Springs, NJ
