Phoebe is an adorable w looking for her forever home. She is 2.5 months (of November 2018) She and her two sisters (Prue and Piper) were rescued from a life on the street. Phoebe is the shyest of the sisters but she also is the most snuggly and likes to be held. She also loves playing with other cats as well!
